Bokning och betalning Bokning och betalning sker via nätet. Du kommer till boknings- och betalningssidan genom att klicka på "Boka här!" längst ner på denna sida. Kom ihåg att skriva om du eller andra du anmäler har någon matallergi eller behov av specialkost! Grupper Att göra en gruppanmälan går alldeles utmärkt; man väljer antal deltagare på en gång och sedan får man skriva in information för alla. En person blir huvudansvarig för gruppen. Barn Det finns ingen avgift för barn 6 år och yngre, men glöm inte att boka alla barn som du har med dig som behöver mat. Sovsal Om du önskar bo i ett sovsal, finns det möjlighet att boka detta och betala när du anmäler dig till konferensen. Ändringar och avbokningar Ändringar kan göras till befintliga bokningar genom att mejla till oss: info@saltlightnordic.org. Det finns ingen avgift för ändringar i befintliga bokningar. Avbokningsavgiften är 10% av summan av konferensavgifter för avbokningar gjorda senast 4 maj. Därefter stiger avgiften för avbokningar till 20%. De återstående konferensavgifter kommer att återbetalas till dig. |
Booking and payment Booking and payment is done via internet. Click on the "Book here!" button below to come to the booking page. Don't forget to include information about special dietary needs or food allergies for each person you book. Groups It is perfectly all right to book a group; you just need to choose the number of participants at the beginning and then write in the information for each person, starting with the one who is responsible for the group. Children There is no fee for children 6 years old and younger, but please book all children you'll be bringing with you who will be needing food. Dormitory If you wish to sleep in a dormitory (on a school room floor), you can book that and pay when you book for the conference. Changes and cancellations Changes can be made without charge to existing bookings by contacting us via email at info@saltlightnordic.org. The cancellation charge is 10% of your conference fees for bookings cancelled at latest May 4th. After that, the cancellation charge increases to 20%. The remaining fees will be refunded to you. |
